Comprehensive and Confidential Counselling
Worcester Park, New Malden, Kingston, Sutton and SW London
I’ve successfully helped many clients overcome life challenges such as anxieties, panic, stress, depression, loss and relationship problems.
My approach is to offer you a therapeutic relationship in which you feel valued, supported and listened to. By working alongside each other at a pace that is best for you, we can safely explore any difficult emotions, worries, fears, feelings or experiences. Whether these are a result of historical or current ongoing difficulty, or a one-off traumatic event, we can explore these themes in a confidential and welcoming environment.
Talking to a therapist can help you set new goals, to see your problems and worries through a clearer perspective.
Counselling can help you learn how to cope with life challenges better, it can help you to feel less isolated, and importantly, help you to put in place the changes that are the best fit for you.
Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you; get in touch today to see how I can help.
